Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a leading UAE university we are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answer queries/questions at the reception desk, answer and transfer calls to the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, provide guidance and advice to prospective students on the range of courses that the university provides, work closely with staff in the Dubai regional hub regarding international student support, communicate verbally and in writing with UK based staff to support students applications, enrollment and study, carry out routine filing, photocopying and typing and provide support to other team members
Salary:
AED
10000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be GCSE educated ( or equivalent) , be a UAE resident, have previous experience within a customer service focused environment, have worked in a busy office environment, have excellent IT skills with fluency in English.
