AED12000 Per Month plus medical only
On behalf of our client a European luxury retail customer company who are based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Call Centre Supervisor. Reporting to the Account Manager you will be responsible for supervising a team of Brand Ambassadors and ensure consistent high quality service, develop monthly shift schedule and ensure proper allocation of resources, lead feedback and training sessions, handle escalated calls and challenging complaints.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be fluent in Arabic, have experience managing a team within the luxury retail/premier brand/luxury hospitality sector Please note the working hours for this role are 11am-8pm Sunday through Thursday.
