Employment: Full Time

AED7000 plus medical only

Sunday to Thursday 11am-8pm

On behalf of our client a leading market research and customer service company who are based in Dubai we are looking to recruit Arabic Call Centre Agents. Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor you will be responsible for taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, handle incoming emails, providing assistance to customers, handling complaints in a timely manner, generate sales leads, reservations and appointments and provide expert answers to all customers.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a UAE resident, have call centre experience ideally within luxury retail, premium brands or hospitality. Please note this role is only open to UAE residents who are fluent in all areas of Arabic.
