Position Title: Arabic Category Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-known food manufacturing company that specializes on nuts, dried fruits & spices all over Middle East and Africa.
Job Description:
• Perform monthly market visit to stay aware of competition activities, launch, packaging & POSM
• Lead category innovation, renovation & extension
• Estimate market size & segmentation by sub-category & packaging
• Build BTL plan with trade marketing team to reach sales target, maximize range awareness and recruit new shoppers/consumers
• Compare category performance with trade marketing reports to identify business opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to any Arabic nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Must be a master’s degree holder
• Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Catman software
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in category management within Consumer Goods and/or Food Service channels is a great advantage
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
