Position Title: Arabic Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the region’s leading catering and hospitality services provider

Job Description:
• Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
• Execute recipes to the highest standards
• Prepare dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation within their specific section of the kitchen
• Manage inventory levels for their section of the kitchen
• Train and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties

Qualifications:
• Open to any Arab nationals
• Male, 25 to 35 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience in Arabic cuisine preferrably with a 5 star hotel or central kitchen background
• HACCP knowledge
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
