Arabic Copywriter

Job description / Role

Years of Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in PR, copywriting, or content creation, ideally in bilingual (Arabic & English) environments.
• Previous experience in writing press releases, media statements, articles, blog posts, and social media content.

Public Relations & Writing Experience:
• Proven ability to craft clear, engaging, and effective PR materials, such as press releases, feature stories, speeches, and social media content.
• Experience with digital content writing, including SEO optimization for web and social media.
• Strong experience in maintaining brand voice and creating culturally relevant content for both Arabic and English-speaking audiences.

Research & Editing Skills:
• Strong research skills to develop accurate and relevant content for diverse PR campaigns.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills, ensuring error-free content in both languages.

Additional Skills:
• Experience in using PR tools and platforms (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Knowledge of PR strategies and how written content contributes to campaign success.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• A Master's degree (optional) in Communications or a related field may be considered an advantage.

Language Proficiency:
• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic (written and spoken), with excellent command of Modern Standard Arabic.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally in both languages.
• Ability to adapt and translate content effectively between Arabic and English, ensuring the message remains consistent and culturally relevant.

Certifications (Optional):
• Certification In PR, copywriting, or content creation, journalist
