Arabic Customer Service up to 4.5k Aed for a Business Consultancy Company in Dubai, Uae

• POSITION: Customer Service
• SALARY: up to 4,500 AED full package depending on qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Business Consultancy
• LOCATION: Sheik Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ARABIC nationals
• Female, 30 years old and below

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the same role
• Experience in the Real Estate or Business Consultancy industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
