Arabic Executive Chef up to 12K AED for a Luxury Hotel in Abu Dhabi
Should be proficient in all aspects of food preparation. Will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.Excellent record of kitchen management with experience in planning, direct food preparation and culinary activities. Supervise kitchen staff’s activities and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to VIP’s.

• Supervise and create his own menu
• Experience with International and Arabic cuisines
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Requirements
• Open to Arabic nationality
• Male, 40 years old below
• BS Degree in Culinary science or related certificate
• At least 5 years of experience in similar role
• Hotel experience is a must
• Proven working experience as a Head chef/Sous chef
• Excellent record of kitchen management with experience in planning, direct food preparation and culinary activities
Job location: Abu Dhabi
Salary is up to 12,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation and duty meal.
