About the Client:
The hiring company is the UAE’s leading fragrance companies, master blending the world’s purest Oud and various fragrance products.
Job Role:
• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Bag, box or gift-wrap packages
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male/Female, 23 years old and above
• At least 1 to 2 year of experience in retail industry of perfumes, cosmetics, jewelry, or garments
• Excellent communication skills, well groomed, and at least 5’10 ft in height
