Job description / Role
Arabic, Maintenance Manager Up To 20k Aed For A Leading Cable Manufacturing Company In Sharjah, Uae
• Responsible for overall maintenance activities (Electrical, Mechanical, Utility & Project)
• Approval and follow up of preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance of the machine
• Installation and commissioning of new machines
• Follow up routine maintenance; identify the problems and preventive action
• To approve the change in preventive maintenance schedule on request of production
• To analysis monthly breakdown and spare parts consumption report
• Prepare reports, analyzes data, and makes a recommendation for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems
• Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner
• Reviews the operation of plant machinery and equipment’s constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement
• Attend critical breakdown and prevent the occurrence of the same by implementing root cause analyses
• Ensure the function and calibration of testing/measuring equipment’s
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ARABIC nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant course
• Minimum 10 years of experience and exposure in the Cable Manufacturing Industry
• Specialize in all function area of manufacturing and plant maintenance
• Extensive experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and implementing
• Knowledge and expertise in cable manufacturing machine maintenance and cable manufacturing process
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications / Maintenance management software / CAD
