Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Coordinator responsibilities will include:
- Develop a marketing program to maximize market impact
- Develop program branding aligned with company brand and marketing theme
- Develop multichannel communications plan including digital and social media channels
- Implement plans and deliver on the agreed KPIs and track the success of the program over time.
- Organize annual TFM Conference and networking events:
- Plan the agenda, enlist, brief and manage speakers (regional, global and external) and ensure the event is run to the highest professional standard
- Encourage high levels of attendance in KSA and secure smooth end-to-end management of students
- Leverage best-practices for events through collaboration with the regional events team

Internal Communication:
- Work with the marketing manager to prepare the internal comms strategy to inform, engage and connect employees so they can be their best
- Manage the budget:
- Plan, manage and track the full community budget
- Prepare analysis and reports for budget discussions as required
- Provide advice and guidance on best use of budget

Requirements

- Be currently based in Dubai
- Excellent English and Arabic, written and spoken oral language skills including writing and editing
- Currently working in internal communications for a professional services multinational with a proven track record of implementation and impact
- Have regional university links
- Flexible working hours including frequent regional travel
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set and be flexible with competing priorities.
- Experience in creating engagement and community belonging using internal comms, events and digital platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly with immediate stakeholders
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service oriented environment
- Team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly
