Arabic Operations Executive

Job description / Role

• Acquiring and maintaining contractor partnerships
• Negotiations – project / design / costs / timelines
• Defines Scope of project in collaboration of Senior Management.
• Creates detailed work plans which identify and prioritize activities needed to complete the project successfully
• Plan and schedule project timelines – new & existing
• Controls projects and updates Senior Management with written and verbal reports
• Ensures all projects / designs / materials meet brand and mall criteria.
• Prepares all contracts and agreements with vendors and contractors
• Ensures project deliverables are on time
• Acquires all permits and approvals to carry our projects
• Attends all installations of new projects to completion
• Manages all snags / damages / mall complaints in a timely manner.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in UAE Market.
• UAE Valid Driving License.
• Arabic native speaking.
• Hold Bachelor Degree in any specialty.
• Has good background in Marketing.
• Good command in English.
• Good knowledge about Kiosk Layout Design.
• Has vision for expansion and development.
