Job description / Role
Supporting the Commercial Director and a sales team of 5, this role requires an experienced administrator with the ability to manage many competing deadlines, follow up on project timelines, register on vendor portals for business tenders and attend events on the 1st day to ensure all runs smoothly. The organization is a corporate training provider covering a broad range of subjects from technical IT and project management to hospitality, leadership and soft skills courses. Having gained several new clients, particularly in Saudi Arabia there is a need for a native/ fluent Arabic speaker in this position.
Collating and uploading bid and tender documents under the instruction of the relevant Sales Executive, you will possess strong database management skills and as such be able to utilize the in-house templates to create documents regarding the training offered and monitor the bid process to ensure no sales lead is left unturned. Updating information daily onto the CRM you will be competent in all MS office software such as excel and PowerPoint, which are utilized for reports and sales pitches.
During the planning and delivery of the training courses the role of the Project Administrator will be to provide logistical and document support to the end client, and you will be the first point of contact to resolve any issues. Therefore, on the launch day of the training it is expected that you will attend the client’s location to ensure successful delivery. Overall direct support to the Commercial Director will include inbox and diary management and regional travel arrangements.
Requirements
This role requires a proactive individual that can bring new ideas and a positive energy to this fast paced office. You will be involved in every aspect of the project which will additionally include some digital marketing, improving of current processes and researching potential leads. Those from within the education and training or media and PR industries will be prioritized for this role and the successful candidate should be degree educated and a fluent Arabic speaker, with excellent English language capabilities.
