Arabic Receptionist Cum Personal Assistant - 12 Month Contract

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Receives and welcome visitors
- Assist them in registration machine to inform the host of their arrival
- Receives incoming and outgoing documents and package
- Answers telephone calls and inquiries
- Monitoring of office supplies – pantry supplies, stationery ,
- Coordinating with IT Department in Europe.
- Coordinating with DU Telecom
- Keeping confidentialities all the time
- Processing LPO
- Quotation
- Invoicing
- Managing email
- Responsible for the whole operation
- Scheduling and dispatching technician to their site
- Managing Suppliers like cleaning staff and building management
- Should be proactive, Analytical and Supportive
- Good working knowledge of Power Point , Word and Excel


Nature and length of previous experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant or Receptionist

University Qualifications:
- Bachelors

Specialist knowledge:
- Office Management
- Supplier management

- Language Fluency: English and Arabic is Must
- Current Location: UAE only
