Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
Daily
- Selling of products and services to existing or new customers Products include: Rentals, Leases, Chauffeur service,
- Source new business: “ Cold Calling”, Fix appointments with new or existing customers or referrals, Emphasis long term leases
- Sustain the relationship with existing customers telephonically or face to face
- Regular follow-up with Customer Service Executive, Rental Sales Agents and Customers
- Preparation and faxing quotations
- Securing reservations for long and short term leases
- Preparing and forwarding of relevant documentation to the Credit Controller of new customers
- Regular follow-up with Credit Controller to check approval of new client
- Liaise with Area Sales Manager and Operations
- Assist with collections
- Undertakes other duties and responsibilities as and when required.
Weekly
- Feed Back to Customer Service Executive on new and approved customers
- Sustain current customers
- Preparation of weekly sales report submitted to Area Sales Manager
- Attendance of weekly meeting with Area Sales Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Uses own discretion of rates when preparing quotations.
- Schedules own diary
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years out of which 3 relevant years of experience
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Outdoor sales experience in UAE in cars / Automotive
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
