Job description / Role
A specialist Medical Device and Medical consumables business in the UAE seeking a Laboratory Business Unit Manager to manage a sales team and overall P&L of the business unit. Candidate must be Arabic speaking, a proven team manager and have a very good understanding of products within the Laboratory space.
Client Details:
A specialist Medical Device and Medical consumables business in the UAE.
This business unit purely sells State of the Art equipment, consumables and re-agents into Laboratories across the UAE.
Full catalogue of products from top international principle suppliers.
Main supplier for labs, from brand new kit out for new medical facilities to replacement products.
You will be responsible for development, management and profitability of the laboratory business unit.
* Direct sales team management of a team of sales executives covering the UAE. You will need to manage efficiency, productivity and grow overall sales delivery
* Running the P&L of the Lab business unit, ensuring increased profitability and overall business growth targets are being hit.
* continuous feedback to company leaders, and internal marketing / product support to ensure continued market penetration.
* Manage principle suppliers, and attract new potential principle suppliers that fit in with the current product portfolio.
Job Offer:
25,000 - 32,000 AED / Month + performance bonus, and full company benefits package.
Requirements
* Be fluent in Arabic and English
* 4 + years of Sales team management - this is direct responsibility for your team numbers, managing, coaching and developing your staff. You will have demonstrable figures showing leading your team to success and business growth.
* Experience selling Laboratory medical devices / reagents. Ideally into Human labs, but we will consider candidates who are selling into the Veterinary market.
* Be located in Dubai.
