Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a prominent UAE Contracting Construction Company we are recruiting an experienced Arabic speaking GM/CEO with experience of High Rise Residential and Commercial Buildings and Towers.
The role requires an Arabic speaker with UAE experience as General manager and/or CEO.
Reporting to the owner, the job will involve the running of the company in terms of acquiring new business and managing the current projects and pipeline of future projects.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be an Arabic speaker and must already be a GM or CEO of a mid to large scale contracting company that builds high rise buildings and this information must be on the cv. If you are not a GM or CEO with high rise experience please do not apply, you will not be called.
Candidates will be degree educated in an Engineering discipline, preferably civil. Additionally a Masters or MBA will be welcomed with at least 20 years of experience and 15 years at GM level
UAE experience is required.
The cv needs to be a WORD DOCUMENT and please make sure under each company you explain who your company are ( contractor for example ) and a description of the projects you have worked on especially the High Rise buildings, how many floors and what type of building, residential, commercial etc.
