Job description / Role
• Arabic Speaking Office Manager up to 14K AED for an International Oil Trading Company in Dubai
• Open to ARABIC speaking candidates
• Male/Female, below 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder
• Minimum 2 years UAE administrative experience in the same role
• Serves as main person to take care of the office
• Responsible for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies and equipment, bills, etc.
• Deep understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good attitude and lively personality
• Can join immediately (1-month max)
• Work location: Dubai, UAE
• Salary up to 14,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
