Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The position includes the following tasks & responsibilities:
• Organise candidate travel, schedule interviews, facilitate interview days, respond to candidate queries.
• Maintain recruitment database, screen application, perform analysis, assist with target setting and forecasting.
• Prep marketing, interview packs and information, attend recruitment events.
• Support the recruitment team with general administation and follow up.
• Handling of ad hoc HR recruitment project work.
• Preparation of presentations and monthly scorecards.

Requirements

• Excellent Arabic and English communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver under pressure, effectively prioritise and multitask.
• Experience in recruitment in a professional services firm.
• Self confidence and necessary personal skills to be the first point of contact for the team.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, be educated to degree level with 2 years previous experience working as a recruitment assistant for a large multinational in the professional services industry.
