Job description / Role
Arabic Store Head up to 25k Aed for a Luxury Retail Group in Abu Dhabi
• Develop overall budget; consolidate and refine the overall budget for the Department Store, and enforce its implementation
• Support Business growth on Brand/ Portfolio expansion
• Establish both monthly and annual sales objectives of the store in line with HOB‘s overall sales targets
• Keep abreast with market trends, reporting on new technology/ trends that could impact or add value to the business
• Recommend new brand/products based on customer requirements and market intelligence in order to enhance the HOB product mix portfolio
• Maintain effective liaison with brand concessions, and hospitality outlets within the department store
• Ensure high service and customer satisfaction in conformity with the HOB and overall company’s standards
• Supervise end-to-end logistics processes
• Monitor developed marketing plans and campaigns for HOB Store to support business objectives in line with the guidelines of the overall HOB Marketing Plan
• Oversee the implementation of the Visual Merchandising strategies and plans
• Coach and guide teams to perform to their optimal potential, produce highest standards of output
Requirements
• POSITION: Store Head
• SALARY: up to 25,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Luxury Retail Group
• LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Dalma Mall and Marina Mall)
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ARABIC nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in relevant field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Store Head in a diversified Luxury Retail Group/Department Store Chain
• Luxury retail experience/profile is a must
• Firm knowledge in retail sales, profitability and customer experience in line with the overall business
• Expertise in developing and implementing a comprehensive business and brand portfolio strategy for the luxury multi-brand concept
• Excellent communication and leadership skill
• Customer management skills and strong organizational skills
