We are currently looking to recruit an experienced cluster Arabic teaching and learning coach. This appointment is for April 2026.

The Arabic teaching and learning coach will work across six schools to support the senior leadership to identify areas of strength and improvement, supporting teachers to ensure progress across their cohorts. Support will include planning, leading professional learning programs to support teachers in their professional growth, lesson modelling, and to support Our Own Cluster's onward growth in Arabic language and Islamic studies teaching.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Enjoys working in a dynamic school setting.
• Is motivated and able to work with a high degree of independence and responsibility.
• Has previous experience in leading multiple groups of teachers or in a similar role, which is advantageous.
• Is up to date on pedagogical understanding and evidence of impact.
• Has a deep understanding of the UAE framework on inspections.
• Has the ability to provide support to school leaders in self-evaluation and improvement planning.
• Is aware of the latest compliance requirements from KHDA, SPEA, and ADEK in the teaching and learning of Arabic and Islamic education.
• Has excellent communication and language skills in English and Arabic.
• Is mobile with a driving license.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Holds a recognized degree in Arabic and a teaching qualification such as PGCE, PGDE, Bed, or equivalent.
• Is highly experienced, ideally 6 to 8 years and above.
• Has previous experience in leading multiple groups of teachers or in a similar role, which is advantageous.
