• Assist Project Architect in coordination and review of development of architectural and engineering construction drawings
• Attend and resolve project issues
• Prepare documentation for analysis and review for specific issues
• Provide management update and reports
• Responsible for generating architectural drawings based on the design concept of others , utilizing AutoCAD, Revit or other Software. Using own judgment and analysis for both architectural and interior projects
• Complete redline drawings and drafting details
• Provide technical solutions to resolve design issues
• Compile data and perform computations
• Ability to work in a team environment, high energy, fast-paced, detailed-oriented, professional approach with a positive, can do attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills and creative approach
• Understanding of design and construction concepts.
• Good working knowledge of design, production, construction techniques and standards.
• Ability to maintain a positive professional firm image.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of professional ethics applying to the practice of Architecture.
• Knowledge of product and manufacturing supplier
• Strong Computer literacy and aptitude required skills in Excel, AutoCAD, PhotoShop, Revit and Architectural Desktop.

Requirements

- We would envision that you possess 5 - 8 years career experience with a Bachelor of Architecture and are licensed as a professional architect.

- Extensive knowledge and experience on computer design, AutoCAD, Revit and other programs required for design and drafting is required.
