Architect

Job description / Role

• Creating building designs and detailing of drawings by using Revit
• Collaborating closely with the Project design team.
• Support the design team in the preparation of reports as required.
• Actively involved in the production of Concept, Schematic, Detailed, Tender and Construction drawings ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare & compile various packages, including Authority submissions, Marketing materials, and tender documents.
• Proactively addressing challenges and propose resolutions to senior team members.
• Adhering to company and client standards while preparing drawings, with a keen eye for detail.
• Collaborating with senior architects or design managers to incorporate necessary changes and ensure drawings meet specified requirements.
• Adhering to Office BIM protocol and ensuring the timely delivery of Project Information Models (PIM) and stage deliverables in accordance with office standards.
• Develop PIM model up to LOD 300.
• Review stage submission of PIM and conduct QA/QC audit based on BEP or office template.

• Proficient in Revit: Strong ability to create detailed building designs and drawings using Revit software.
• Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills, with experience working closely with project design teams and senior architects.
• Report Preparation: Capable of supporting design teams in compiling and preparing project reports and documentation.
• Drawing Production: Experienced in producing Concept, Schematic, Detailed, Tender, and Construction drawings, ensuring timely delivery
• Package Compilation: Skilled in preparing various project packages, including authority submissions, marketing materials, and tender documents.
• Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and proposing effective resolutions to team members
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on adhering to company and client standards while preparing drawings, with a keen eye for detail.
• BIM Protocol Adherence: Knowledgeable in office BIM protocols, ensuring compliance in project information models (PIM) and stage deliverables.
• Model Development: Proficient in developing PIM models up to Level of Development (LOD) 300.
• Quality Assurance: Experience in reviewing stage submissions of PIM and conducting QA/QC audits based on Best Execution Practices (BEP) or office templates.
