Position Title: Jr. Architect – High Rise Residential Building (2 Vacancies)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive staff welfare structure

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
• Review and approve architectural and engineering plans for high-rise towers, ensuring compliance with construction standards, authority regulations (DM, DDA, Trakhees), and safety requirements.
• Prepare feasibility reports, drawings, and 3D visualizations, identifying and resolving design or structural issues, and collaborating with designers, clients, and management.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to staff and coordinate with engineers and technical teams to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
• Supervise, evaluate, and test building systems, performing field inspections, assessing functionality, and recommending improvements.

• Open to Asian candidates, 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Building Technology
• Minimum 4 years mandatory experience as an Architect with Developers/Architect Consultant in Dubai
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior architects and BIM/CADD Draftsman technicians are highly preferred

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
