Job description / Role
• Small boutique studio in Dubai seeks a ‘right hand person’ for their 2 Partners.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a Mid Level Architect to join a small studio and help drive it into the next era.
• With over 20 years of experience combined in the UAE and long standing clients, this studio have a solid pipeline of work within the residential and hospitality sectors.
• Delivering from Design to delivery, this studio seeks an Architect who has A to Z skills to apply to communicating with clients, driving design process, producing technical documentation, liaising with consultants, managing client relationships and visiting site as required.
• This person is also welcome to contribute to future business strategy, and add value on operational function long term.
Requirements
• 10 years’ experience, with ideally most recently approximately 3 years in Dubai to facilitate understanding of local UAE codes and regulations.
• Bachelor of Architecture or CIAT is required, with Revit expertise.
• This person will be adding value on the technical side of projects, thus technical and construction knowledge must be expert. Design appreciation is required; however this role will be less conceptually orientated.
• The ability to work in a small team environment is key, with hands on attitude and positive team demeanor.
• Along with Revit expertise, this individual will have expert Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and MS Office skills.
