Job description / Role
Our Client is a leading Architectural and Design Practice located in Dubai. Due to a new project award they have a new opening for an experienced/ qualified architect. This role will report to the lead architect and require travel to the project on site - between the UAE and China.
Requirements
To be considered you will have:
• Bachelors Degree in Architecture;
• Previous experience working in a design studio with at least x10 years experience, 3 of which in the UAE;
• Experience working on high end projects such as landmarks, monuments, residential, office and governmental buildings,
• Experience in China is a bonus;
• Applicants should have good experience managing construction sites;
• Experienced in the use of CAD;
• Budgeting and procurement experience as well as dealing with suppliers and logistics to support the installation of FF&E for international projects
• To be considered you must be fluent in English as well as Mandarin
