Architect Designer

Job description / Role

• Meeting with clients to discuss project objectives and needs.
• Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished bathrooms, renovations, or restorations
• Meeting with clients to discuss the feasibility of designs
• Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints
• Able to prepare shop drawings
• Working with computer-aided design software to create blueprints and images
• Coordinate and create a necessary correspondence between relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve design issues that come up during construction.
• Participate and work closely with the project management team.
• Hands-on experience in CAD drawings and details.
• Should be able to issue BOM
• Supervise a team of Draftsmen

Requirements

The candidate should demonstrate competence in some or all of the following:

• Excellent communication skills. Arabic speaker will be a preference.
• Knowledge of civil and MEP Designs
• Knowledge of 3D Modelling and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
