Our newest opportunity is for a talented Architect Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates .

Responsibilities:

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Maintaining proper and complete communication with the client's site discipline engineers on all project related issues.
- Review, understand and implement contract drawings and specifications onsite.
- Prepare project reports (written and photographic) on progress of the works, quality and technical conformance of the works, safety and other matters.
- Supervise and implement on site the approved design in accordance with national and international codes of practice and established KEO project management policy and procedures manual.
- Identify issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of senior management.
- Supervise and inspect the site works in progress (as and when directed by senior management) throughout the day and continually monitor all critical areas for quality, safety and progress.
- Being a point of contact for senior site personnel on project engineering issues.
- Coordinating with other project discipline engineers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10+ professional work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
- The ideal candidate should have high rise tower experience of 45+ floors, design management, and UAE Market experience.
