Our Leading Global Design Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced consultant Senior Architect to join their team in Dubai, UAE to work on high profile and iconic new build projects in the Emirates. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity, employed by our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Lead Architects and senior management in delivering high-quality architectural solutions across all project phases.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation in line with project requirements and deadlines.
• Produce and develop architectural drawings, specifications, presentations, and reports, including cost estimates and construction material recommendations
• Research and evaluate building products and systems for cost-effectiveness, performance, and sustainability.
• Ensure all designs and documentation comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain program targets.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and construction.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and technologists to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, applications, and contractual documentation.
• Adapt plans and resolve technical or site-based challenges as they arise, ensuring continuity and design integrity.
• Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time
• Utilize CAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and manual techniques to develop accurate and coordinated architectural drawings.
• Ensure all design outputs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and aesthetic objectives.

• Minimum Bachelor s Degree in Architecture. MSc preferred
• A minimum of 5-8 years postgraduate experience in Architecture with a key focus on iconic regional projects.
• Proficient in architectural design and detailing with over 5 years of experience in CAD and BIM-based workflows.
• Expert knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization software
• Solid understanding of construction methods, building materials, and architectural principles.
• Knowledge of structural, mechanical and electrical engineering and how they relate to design coordination and building cost.
• Skilled in preparing comprehensive construction documentation and specifications in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong conceptual and technical design abilities, with a discerning and sophisticated eye for detail.
• High levels of creativity and imagination, combined with a deep understanding of the built environment.
• Ability to select materials and finishes that are both functional and aesthetically aligned with project goals.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
