Job description / Role

Excellent design, drawing and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite Programs and Sketch Up Pro is preferable. Candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience of working on projects with involvement through all stages from Concept, Scheme and Detail Design.

Requirements

• Revit Knowledge essential
• Graduate degree essential / Chartered Degree Advantageous
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience working as a part of team on mid- large scale projects.
• Work well under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently, resilient to cope with conflicting demands and able to prioritize tasks given.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Self-motivated, and able to take responsibility whilst recognising the importance in learning from others.
• Taking initiative in response to direction and a proactive approach to daily tasks
• Work efficiently under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times
• Basic understanding of UAE Building and Planning regulations and codes advantageous
