Job description / Role
PRD are currently seeking dynamic and energetic Architectural CAD Technicians to join within our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.
In this role you will be responsible for producing accurate design drawings for all types of plans required for strata subdivision and submission within the UAE.
Requirements
- A recognized Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven ability in the development and preparation of CAD drawings from preliminary concepts and sketches.
- Experience in working as a team member to coordinate design projects with project managers and other CAD Technicians.
- Working knowledge of international drawing standards and symbols and ensuring QA/QC procedures and standards are maintained.
- Must be proficient in the use of computer design and thoroughly understand AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, PhotoShop and other programs required for design and drafting.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ Architectural CAD post grad experience.
Experience within UAE Survey Services is preferred. Previous experience gained within the Gulf Region is a prerequisite for this role.
