Architectural Design Coordinator - Salary Up to 22,000 AED Per Month Plus Flights & Medical

Reporting into the Regional Design Manager you will be based on this newly awarded New Build Mega Watt Data Center. This Main Contractor has been awarded this iconic project due to exceptional performance & safety .

This will now be there 4th Mission Critical Data Center in the United Arab Emirates

Our client are seeking a Architectural Design Coordinator with UAE Main Contractor experience and ideally exposure to at least 1 Data Center in the region. This is an exciting career move for a motivated individual

Description

• Project is based in ABU DHABI where you will be site based working within the Project Management team.
• You will have a dotted line into the Regional Design Manager that’s based in the Dubai office.

Can you form working relationships to achieve success both internally and externally. Yes you will have to be a team player pulling in the right direction to achieve project success. Can you ensure that all specs match building codes to achieve client sign off on site.

Do you understand urgency, forward planning and problem solving ? Can you help remove obstacles to ensure that the project team and operations can hit key timeframes for handover?

• Experience working for a reputable Buildings Main Contractor in the UAE as a Architectural Design Coordinator or Senior Design Coordinator
• Clear Architectural, Interiors and High End Finishes Experience
• Degree Qualified – Ideally 4-5 Years Post Graduate experience
• Strong technical awareness and understanding of clients, rules, regulations and supply chain in the UAE Construction Sector
• Auto-Cad & BIM Literate
• MS Office & Excel
• Able to start before the 14th of July 2025 latest

Salary:
AED 19,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
