Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established architectural practice, on what is to be one the most iconic and prestigious projects to be undertaken in Dubai over the coming years – the new Dubai Convention Centre.
As Design Director, you will report to and work with the Chairman of the business to effectively manage the entire design process of this development; having responsibility for a Lead Architect and Interior Designer (with corresponding supporting teams).
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 20 years relevant experience working within a large engineering consulting / architectural firm (not contractor). 5 years should have been spent operating at Design director level / Master of Architecture. Experience of working on large scale, high profile projects within the Gulf (the UAE in particular) is essential.
