Compass Project Consulting is seeking an Architectural Design Manager to join our growing team, working with a leading developer on a major mixed-use and residential programme in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process from schematic through to tender documentation.
• Oversee consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with design standards, quality, and programme requirements.
• Provide technical expertise in architectural design, urban planning, and coordination with MEP and structural disciplines.
• Ensure designs meet client expectations, regulatory approvals, and sustainability standards.

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in architectural design management.
• Proven track record in residential and mixed-use projects.
• Previous experience working with developers in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
