Position Title: Architectural Draftsman

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
1. Prepare, modify, and manage architectural drawings using AutoCAD, BIM software (Revit, Navisworks), and drafting tools, ensuring compliance with standards, project requirements, and regulations.
2. Coordinate design activities with architects, engineers, and project teams, supporting planning, detailing, and technical documentation.
3. Review and validate drawings for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and resolve design issues during project execution.
4. Maintain documentation and collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, while staying updated on drafting and BIM best practices.

Qualifications:
1. Asian candidates, 38 years old and below, with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Drafting.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural drafting, preferably on Dubai high-rise residential projects (G+30), with strong knowledge of Dubai codes and DLD requirements.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, LISP, and BIM software, capable of producing accurate and detailed drawings under tight deadlines.
4. Strong coordination, time-management, and organizational skills, with experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and project teams; knowledge of materials and finishes is a plus.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
