Architectural Draughtsman

Job description / Role

A well-established Architectural and interior design company is looking for project and design architects who has experience in prepare the detailed design of the villa and building.

The preferred candidate will be responsible and have knowledge of the following.

Architectural Draughtsman
- Preferred Filipino Only
- Excellence Experience to prepare the working drawings, detail design and tender drawings
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in UAE
- Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong in detail design and initial stages of the projects
- Manage the drawings requirements on authority submission and project delivery.
- Produce architectural/technical drawings, and coordinate with structure and MEP drawings
- Prepare sample boards for the client’s approval.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint are essentials.
- Outstanding skills in project planning, highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, quality and time focused.
