Architectural Engineer - Building Planning

Job description / Role

Salary: AED 7,500 plus accommodation, food and transport

Our Client one of the Leaders in EPC contracting in diversified markets around the globe

Established in Asia in the 1940s, they pride themselves with numerous awards throughout the years, setting the standards in many projects across the Middle East.

Included in their prestigious projects are areas in Oil & Gas, Nuclear energy and renewable energy

With ongoing expansion and specifically to a prestigious project in Dubai, we are seeking an Engineer with experience in Building work planning and project controls

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Procurement (Bidding, Evaluation, Contract)
- Interim payment
- Take off Quantity
- Drawing & Specification Review

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in ENGINEERING - Architecture
- Experience work in Global Contractor (contractor side)
- Possess excellent knowledge and experience in Variation, Procurement, Bidding, Evaluation, Contracts, Interim Payment, Quantity evaluation, Drawing, Specification evaluation, etc.
- Overseas Work Experience (3~5 years)
- Computer Software Skill (EXCEL, WORD, AUTOCAD etc)
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
