We are now seeking a talented Architectural Revit Technician to join our award winning team based within our InSite Division in our Dubai Office.

This critical role will work as part of the Landscape team performing technical drafting work using computer aided design programs in the preparation of planning drawings, conceptual, schematic, detailed design, construction drawings and maps.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;
• Develop and prepare drawings, Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D or associated programs based on direction and design provided by landscape architects.
• Prepare detailed drawings in Revit or associated programs of proposed plans, facilities and infrastructure, prints of various original plans and records for internal and external company use.
• Work as a team member to coordinate design projects with urban designers, architects, landscape architects, engineers and other Revit technicians.
• Utilize customized tools, utilities and scripts to automate work processes and improve Revit productivity and efficiency in compliance with the company Revit standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum of 3+ years of Revit experience with BIM proficiency and intermediate level use of imaging software (e.g. Adobe Suite, Sketch‐Up) preferred.

Partnered with a Bachelor Degree in either Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Diploma equivalent, professional certification in Revit will be viewed favourably.
