Description

As an architectural site inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across high-rise residential and hospitality developments. You will oversee architectural finishes, façade systems, aluminum works, and interior details, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE building regulations.

Conduct detailed inspections of architectural works, including facades, aluminum systems, and interior finishes.
Monitor site execution for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
Identify non-conformities and issue corrective action reports where necessary.
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure quality assurance at every milestone.
Maintain clear, comprehensive inspection documentation and site reports.
Provide technical input on architectural and facade-related issues.
Participate in mock-up inspections, material submittal reviews, and installation trials.
Perform the obligations of engineer as per FIDIC.
Track and report the cost and progress against the baseline programme and budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field.
Overall 10 years of experience in similar field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultancy company.
Proven expertise in façade inspection, aluminum systems, architectural finishes, and high-end interiors.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, quality control practices, and construction standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
