Architecture Project Manager - Mid Level - ASAP Start

Job description / Role

• International Design and Architecture Studio, boutique Dubai operation, requires an Architect for Project Management of diverse range of mixed use projects, various scales, mid to large scale.
• Client facing, QA/QC of production flow and drawings, whilst being hands on, coordinating multi disciplines, and overseeing of internal teams, this individual will be the ultimate professional, of mid to senior level.

Requirements

• With 15 years post graduation Bachelor of Architecture experience, most recently working within the UAE/GCC market, this individual will be an experienced operator, overseeing multiple projects and stages of projects.
• Excellent communication skills to negotiate with clients, and manage sub consultants and contractors.
• Overseeing proposals and an eye for contracts to influence negotiations .
• Ability to lead architecture projects in a small, yet highly professional boutique Dubai studio, supported by highly skilled International offices.
