Job description / Role
NTS Group are working with the leading health/beauty/spa/wellness company in the region who are seeking an Area Manager, to be based at their corporate offices in Dubai as well as remotely at several of their award winning branches. Reporting into the Operations Manager, the role will be responsible for all areas of performance and operations of the designated brand and its respective branches. You will be focused on the objective of meeting annual targets and budgets whilst at all times ensuring the integrity of the brand. The role will be focused on monitoring of the employee deliverables to maximize business performance and delivering excellent operating standards in accordance to company values through effective teamwork and maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have multi site experience (essential) and a strong, proven track record with the spa, beauty, nails or wellness sector. You will have ideally previously worked as an area manager or operations manager and be used to managing and overseeing multiple sites. You will possess excellent English communication skills and ideally have a valid UAE drivers license.
