Position Title: Area Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 17,000 AED plus incentives depending on experience and qualifications

Job Role:
- Reporting to the General Manager – Retail Operations
- Explore new business opportunities and expand market base with new customers
- Accountable for sales of existing and upcoming outlets within the assigned territory
- Drive and achieve yearly sales target of the showroom(s) within the assigned territory, in value and product-wise
- Plan and distribute the target into monthly sales and further to daily sales and allocate these targets to all salesmen accordingly
- Guide and motivate sales team to achieve the targets assigned to them
- Recommend and implement various strategies and techniques to improve sales of slow-moving products /outlets and boost territorial sales volumes
- Explore business opportunities and develop business through various avenues
- Exhibit pro-activeness and seek feedback from local customers, analyze sales movement of products in individual outlets, analyze the requirement of customers and accordingly recommend new products and/or new locations for business growth and expansion
Requirements
- Open to Indian nationals
- Male, 40 years old and above
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in retail business development and multiple stores management
- Coming from same perfumery industry is a high advantage, if highly qualified will consider asking salary
- Experienced and seasoned in retail Sales preferably FMCG and territory development
- Must be willing to go the extra mile in creating good business relationships
- Proactive and Hardcore, meets clients and business partners regularly
- GCC experience is required
- Must have valid UAE driver’s license
- Excellent English communication skills
