About the Client:
A fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East.
Job Description:
• Ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably
• Sets with the Director of Operations the monthly restaurant business plan
• Develop the local store marketing plan in coordination with the marketing department
• Analyze the operations/ P&L to determine deviations from standards and take corrective measures
• Responsible for the business performance of the outlets, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to European, CIS, and South African nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• At least 4 years of experience on the same role from a high-end casual dining restaurant
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
