Quest Search & Selection is working with an internationally renowned Casual Restaurant Group (Food and Beverage) restaurant brand looking for an experienced multi-site Area Manager for the UAE.
This is a very popular expanding brand with an emphasis on specialty coffee and casual homely all day dining.
Job Description: As the Area Manager you must have been involved in the following:
• Restaurant Operations, most recently in multi-unit management involved with a variety of brands/cuisines.
• The ideal candidate should be truly passionate about the food and beverage industry as well as having thorough in-depth knowledge of the market.
• Multiple restaurant pre-opening experience within the UAE.
• Able to support and lead the expansion and critically operationally the openings of the new units.
Requirements
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Area Manager)
• Ability to drive brand awareness
• You would be responsible for operating the current brand in the highest manner and maintaining SOP's.
• Must have been at a multi-unit management level position for a premium casual dining company before.
• Experience opening units in the UAE and across the GCC is paramount. A big thinker with and ability to execute with precision. You must have had experience working with a standalone restaurant group, with an all-day dining concept with a focus on specialty coffee being a plus.
• We would require a minimum of around 5 - 7 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Natural leader and understanding of all aspects of the restaurant function.
• Experience directly involved in Restaurant Operations, most recently in multi-unit management involved with a variety of quality brands and international cuisines.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, flexibility and ability to multi-task within a fast-moving environment.
