Male Area Manager up to 12K AED+ for a High-end Fragrance Company in UAE

This position is accountable for overall business development within the territory through the existing and the upcoming outlets. The position holder is responsible to oversee and improve the functions of outlets in terms of Sales, Inventory, Customer Service, Manpower Planning, Shop-floor employee Welfare & Outlet Administration.

Salary is 12,000 AED plus car, petrol and salik allowance.

Requirements

• Open to any nationality but Arabic speaking is highly preferred
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Retail Business Development and Store
• Management experience preferably within the UAE or GCC region
• Masters or PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an advantage
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple outlets in terms of Business development & Manpower Management
• Skill to drive sales and accomplish business targets from outlets
• Business Foresight & Commercial Acumen
• Counseling & Team Management skills
• Outstanding skills in Customer Services
• With valid UAE Driver’s license
• Work location: Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah
