Area Plant Manager - Operations

Required to join an international contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large fleet of equipment including batching plants, crushers, asphalt plants, earth moving, paving, transportation, cranes, welding machines, and power generation with its support manpower and systems structure. The plant department infrastructure includes workshops, stores, maintenance teams, inspection teams spread along different geographical locations and multi projects.

Requirements

• Applicants should have extensive experience of managing plant operations within a construction environment
• Excellent management skills
• Able to oversee operations in multi sites across different countries
• Knowledge of Maximo or equivalent systems
