Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with an iconic luxury fashion brand which is looking to hire a dynamic Area Retail Manager to look after a large number of stores across the Middle East market.
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and results driven individual to join one of the most prestigious fashion houses and support the expansion plans across the Middle East region. The role will report to a Retail Director and will oversee a large number of boutiques in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, KSA and Bahrain.
The main purpose of this role is to meet the business objectives, drive the performance and maximize the profitability of all the assigned stores, recruit, coach and motivate the in-store teams, as well as financial planning, forecasting, managing P&L and budgeting.
You will be involved in the opening and closing of the stores across the region and you will constantly seek and identify the right opportunities for expansion.
You will also conduct regular competitor analysis, forecast key market trends and prepare reports for the HQ.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to have great knowledge of the luxury sector and you should demonstrate experience managing a large number of stores across the region.
The ideal candidate should be proactive with a dynamic personality and strong collaborative skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and strong problem solving skills in order to drive results and overcome any given challenges easily.
