Job description / Role
- Achieve the sales target for each category/brand as defined by the Regional Sales Manager for that defined geography territory/Region to contribute to the overall departmental target
- To develop individual regional plan/targets - sales and 4 Ps to ensure that the overall channel plan is achieved
- To build area sales capability, overall management and incentivizing of the sales team
- To work and coordinate with Warehouse, Supply chain, and Customer Service team to ensure proper service levels for the region and the sub channel
- Provide competitor and market information
- To achieve DSO target by reviewing market outstanding, customer credit terms, credit limits and visiting key customers
- Implementation of all consumer promotions, trade offers, trade marketing activities and 4 Ps objectives of each category/brand
- To do quarterly/half yearly business reviews with key customers.
Requirements
- University Degree
- 5 Years functional experience out of which 2 years should be an equivalent Supervisory position
Functional Knowledge:
- Sales process of Van Sales
- Strong knowledge of concerned products in the categories
- Trade Marketing & Marketing
- Working knowledge of Production & Supply Chain process
- Sales Operation & 5 Ps execution
- Good knowledge of marketing Techniques and service providers
Specific Skills:
- Good Planning & Team Management skills
- Good Communication skills
- UAE Driving License
