Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing products.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets and reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Servicing the needs of existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures. Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Requirements

- Candidate should have an experience in FMCG.
- Candidate should have at least 3 - 4 years experience in sales.
- Candidate must be experienced in Traditional Trade market.
- Candidate must have a UAE valid Driving license.
- Preferably Asian.
