Area Sales Manager

Job description / Role

This international Luxury brand is looking for a well presented and well-spoken Area Sales Manager to join the team in Dubai. The role will cover parts of the GCC area requiring travel across the regions in order for you to ensure that the brand reflects the company guideline.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

* Keep on top of market trends and changes, understanding the movement within the Luxury Retail Industry
* Growing the brand in the targeted markets, scouting new opportunities and initiatives to diversify in the marketplace
* Manage the Sell Outs through maximizing sales via KPI's for each store and reviewing of sales and acting upon these sales
* Manage the Supply flow of the Sell In's in relation to all key partners
* Work closely with staff within Stores, training and coaching them to the brands standard
* Work closely with the Marketing teams in the Head Office to develop relevant strategies to push the brand into the new markets and to create business opportunities

Requirements

You will have the following qualities and experience:

* Essential to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
* A knowledge of the Middle East markets across the GCC
* Good negotiation skills and commercial acumen to deal direct with partners and clients
* Strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders
* Speaking Arabic is an advantage
